Everyone who cares about home interior loves
decorating their home. I personally enjoy buying things for my house as much as
I like buying clothes for myself. I’m sure there are many of you who feel the
same way. What if this wonderful experience can be made even more exciting by
involving your life partner in the buying process?
Home decoration can be a “project” where both
of you are stakeholders (I start to sound like a business woman). Coming back
from a day’s work to a beautifully decorated, neat space, full of “feel good”
things around you, does make you feel better and will help you to relax from a
long busy day at work. So decorating your home in a way that you both enjoy and
feel comfortable is a matter of finding a style that matches the personalities
of you both. Shopping together to find these matching pieces can become a nice
bonding experience. What’s more is that this experience can also help you
understand the choices of your partner. Maybe, you thought that your partner
likes things that are jazzy and colorful (because you wear jazzy clothes, and
he loves you!), but during your home shopping escapade, you come to realize
that you partner actually likes calm, soothing, sober colors. Try to identify

Wouldn’t it be a romantic idea to buy one

of activities may be more bonding than you think and definitely really
rewarding after the job is done.
Here is a suggestion: On Valentine’s Day
make it a ritual to shop together for one additional piece for your home. It
will become a great tradition of creating a cozy home by choosing/doing things
together.
